Accounts must have a zero balance:

• before a sibling can enter the program
• before registration papers can be accepted
• before your child promotes to a new class

REGISTRATION FEES

$250 Registration Fee and $150 Supply Fee for ages 2 yrs old and under
$250 Registration Fee and $200 Supply Fee for ages 3-4 yrs old
ALL Registration Fess are NON-REFUNDABLE

2024-2025 TUITION FEES

Tuition is required whether or not your child is in attendance. ALL fees are nonrefundable and non-transferable. There is no reduction in fees due to holidays or absences. Fees may be paid by check. Tuition is due in full on the first of the month. After the 7th of the month, there is a $25.00 late fee.

Checks must be made out to University Presbyterian Church.

RETURN CHECK FEE
A fee of $30.00 will be charged for returned checks unpaid. If a second check is returned for insufficient funds, customer must pay by money order only.

LATE PICKUP FEE
A late fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged after 5:30 p.m.  Late fees are due immediately upon picking up your child/children. An additional $2.50 per day will be charged for every day the fees are not paid. This is not part of the tuition and must be paid separately.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY
If it becomes necessary to withdraw your child/children from the Day School, a written two-(2) week notice must be submitted to the Director. Tuition fees will be due accordingly. A client who registers their child for any program, but decides not to come and withdraws that child is withdrawing their child from all other programs. Once a child is withdrawn or is a “no show” for a program, they are permanently out. If a parent wishes, they may re-register the child if their place has not been filled, but they will have to pay another registration fee.
